We start our business without any capital model or cost plan, just we know the Difference between product B2B price and B2C price then jump over a new business and the most alarming and warning is most ou us have willing to take profit or make income from the first mont.

Secondly, we use most of our capital for purching, don't keep any amount for operating cost and depreciation as a result after some days or month we feel the need of money for operating cost or other service cost. At that moment we bound to close off our trade.

During the begining time we need some operating cost, sunk cost or installment cost. After a period of begining when make a calculate of our trade we can commonly found "More expense" than income. We called it as "Loss". It is a Biggest wrong. During your begining till 1 year all losses should count as investment. If you cann't understand it, you cann't stay continue in business.

If you want to Established a success business you should have all kinds of ability to operate your business at least 1 year without any profit.
